\u201cWoah! That\u2019s impressive,\u201d I said, genuinely surprised by her. Carmen retained knowledge well, but still, that was a high score. \u201cYou know what? Let\u2019s all sit down and do it after dinner.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carmen laughed and nodded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wrote my answer down quickly, feeling confident with my guess. But as the questions continued, I realized that I might not be as up-to-date on general knowledge as I\u2019d thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every so often, I caught Gary looking perplexed, Carol yawning, and Jake\u2019s expression shifting from cocky to concentrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
