When you look at Rolf Buchholz today, it\u2019s hard to believe he was once a completely ordinary office employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally from the German city of Dortmund, Rolf earned a university degree in telecommunications and worked for many years at a major IT company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was quiet, almost invisible. But inside him lived something more \u2014 a longing for freedom, self-expression, and the breaking of conventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He got his first tattoo after turning 40. Then came the first piercing. Then the second. And so began a journey that would eventually lead to a world record.<\/p>\n\n\n

Today, Rolf has over 560 piercings, including more than 170 on his face and 278 in his intimate areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His appearance is further enhanced by a split tongue, subdermal implants shaped like horns in his forehead, and a body almost entirely covered in tattoos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of this earned him a Guinness World Record as the \u201cperson with the most body modifications.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But for Rolf, it\u2019s not just about records or appearances. He says body modification is a form of freedom, an art that he wears on his body. According to him, he didn\u2019t become a different person \u2014 he simply allowed the world to see who he truly is inside.<\/p>\n\n\n
